Rivets were cold and stale. Even if day old and kept in a bag, they shouldn't be as hard and dry as they were. Tried to revive with the wet paper towel and a few seconds in the microwave trick but were still to hard to eat. Pretzel dog was at least fresh but was cold inside. The time btwn pick up and delivery was not long, and we have received hot food from this place before during the winter. So definitely not a delivery factor.
