delicious as always but they didnt give me a salted caramel .. they gave me a cinnamon as a replacement im guessing which was also good but would of liked to know before hand because it wouldnt of been my substitution of choice

I ordered 5 regular pretzels. Ordered was placed at 12:20pm. Just got my order at 1:19pm. The pretzels are so hard. Definitely NOT FRESH.
