My family and I were so excited when we heard that there was a Philly pretzel factory opening up in our area especially at the location that they are in, they have a beautifI pparking. We have always had to go into the mall if we wanted a pretzel and they were always stale and way overpriced! Philly pretzel factory never serves stale pretzels and their prices are so so reasonable and their pretzels still taste delicious cold and a day old! I tell everyone about philly pretzel factory and will continue to do so!!! Kudos Philly pretzel factory you guys are awesome 👌

Cinnamon nuggets were old and also tastes like they are using country crock to baste them with. Regular pretzels were old and over cooked. I'll give an extra star for the buttercream icing which was pretty good but the pretzels suck.

Pretzels (rivets?)were cold, chewy & hard. Definitely from an older batch ;-(.
Their brownie & buttercream dips are 10/10 though!
