Ordered coffee and breakfast from here to split with my partner. The Ecstatic Coffee was excellent but I'd order it a bit sweeter next time as medium wasn't quite enough for me, the Oatmeal Cookie Coffee was even better and had a lovely malty cinnamon flavor to it. The Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich is genuinely one of the best I've had. The Bacon & Egg Burrito was great with a good ratio of egg, potato, and bacon. The Mini Banana Loaf was incredible, very moist and tender cake. I had ordered a Kouign Amann as well but they were out so they generously sent me a Blueberry Danish instead which was a kind and thoughtful gesture. All in all, superb coffee, tasty breakfasts and pastries, and 10/10 customer service staff - I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Iced Mint Mojito no longer tastes minty or like creamy coffee. It's a hit or a miss when I order it. Most of the time now, it tastes like watered-down burnt coffee.

This is the SECOND time that we have paid almost $40 for a Philz delivery from DoorDash where coffee arrives but no pastries are in the box. We order from Philz specifically for the pastries for breakfast, so to pay all of the fees and tips associated with this order and not receive any pastries is very upsetting. DoorDash doesn't refund tips or taxes or fees, so we end up paying close to $20 (after a meager refund) for a single cup of black coffee. I dont know what else to say. We cant keep wasting our money like this.
