The Matcha pudding is what won me over and is why I gave 5 stars despite lack of silverware and not being so crazy about the Pho since the pudding won me over.
Next time I'm in NYC I'm definitely ordering more of it.

Delicious. Every ingredient was separated so it would create a fresh bowl of soup. Hot Broth+asst beef+fresh sprouts and basil+ rice noods+sauces on side. The shaved beef was terrific. Ordering this again.
