Generous portions, a variety of condiments provided as the default, noodles are perfect, the meat is tender, the broth is rich and the perfect blend of flavor. A welcoming addition to our eatery scene in the Greater Waterville area!

The Egg Rolls (2) are so delicious and crisp, the veggies taste so fresh! The Beef Noodles are so flavorful and a great portion. Everything goes perfectly with the refreshing Guava Oolong Green Tea (Medium). Highly recommend this place.

Everything I have gotten has been phenomenal: my usual is the special pho, but the chicken pho is also great. The bahn mi are excellent, the baguette is exactly how it should be: crispy and leaving a million crumbs everywhere. I'm so happy that we now have a true Vietnamese option in the Waterville area. I hope they eventually expand the menu to add bun bo hue or bun rieu.

If you have not tried the chicken wigs...you're missing out. Those were the best chicken wings I have ever had. The sauce was amazing! And they are actual good size not mini!

The Chicken Wings (5) was alright. The saunce was not much so the inside felt unseasoned, but it's fine. The pho was decent, but the P3. Pho Steak, Brisket & Tendon (Small) had much fewer tendon in them compared to last time, so I was a bit disappointed. The noodles were hard, too.
