Beef Noodle soup was legit! I chose the 3 different meat option & all the options were fresh, high quality & delicious! They are fast, super accommadting & friendly. The broth is the best I have had in the DFW area. They also have wine here so I am looking forward to some girl nights here.

the Grilled Pork Spring Roll (Goi Cuon Thit Nuong) honestly we're perfect for me. however the Pho (Pick 3 Meats) was about 8/10. I just lacked flavor for me but wasn't bad. the Ca Kho To (Braised Catfish) was the only thing I felt didn't live up to the price and reviews. have the bone in threw me off, as I wasn't expecting it. the sauce that it comes with wasn't too bad but I just felt for the price it should have melted in my mouth with no bones. it could be great for you, but for me personally it was only slightly lacking.

The Eggroll (Chả Giò) are way over priced. $6 for 3 tiny egg rolls. The meat in the Grilled Pork Banh Mi was mainly fatty meat. Combination Fried Rice tasted plain

Broth was legit. Quality of the meat unsurpassed. Tip: If you order the Tai (thinly sliced filet mignon), it will come uncooked in a separate plastic bag. It's traditional for the thin sliced steak to be cooked by the hot broth at serving so it's tender. My broth traveled a ways & needed a quick spin in the microwave to cook the filet perfectly. If you don't want your to arrive meat uncooked, I sugges specifiying in the instructions for them to place in the broth before leaving store. It's not as tender to me that way, but some not as familiar with pho may be caught off guard by the bag of uncooked meat slices.
