I always get the Deluxe or Seafood Chow Mein with soft noodles, and it never fails to disappoint. The portion is a good size for the price and makes for one or two meals. They give a good amount of meat and veggies, and it's never greasy, just flavourful. I always get my cutlery and chopsticks when asked for, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend!

Both Pho noodles were congealed then stuck together and dried! Had to use a knife to cut off the dried portions so was left with half the noodles. It was like they premade/portioned their noodles days before and left them uncovered. The sprouts had a yellowish colour, were wet and not crunchy or fresh. I will never order from the Portage location anymore. What a disappointment.

Absolutely LOVE this place! they never disappoint. their broth is so yummy idk what it is I almost taste apple or cinnamon, or both lol🤷🏽‍♀️ but it's the best!! the 11. Well-done Brisket Pho brisket is 🤌🏽 cooked perfectly and delicious even on its own. I'm not sure if I missed the option but more sauce would be great (but that's my personal preference). The Chocolate Bubble Tea is also 🤌🏽and they have plastic COMPOSTABLE straws!! best place! keep up the good work! 💕 Kudos to your chef(s). Side note, the coconut rice and ribs are 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 for anyone wondering lol I could eat them everyday 😅🤦🏽‍♀️.

Absolutely stellar, as usual! Probably one of our favorite restaurants in town and what makes them even better is the consistency in quality and correct orders (which used to be something much more common but is unfortunately rare these days.) Indian restaurants need to serious look at the standards of Vietnamese restaurants like Phõ Hoang and strive for this kind of quality. Top notch, Phõ Hoang staff! Thank you again!

Pho Hoang has THE best Chow Mein in my opinion, and it's the only thing I order from there. But something about it today was different. The 62. Deluxe Chow Mein tasted even better than it ever had and was filled with an abundance of meats and veggies. Thank you for my delicious meal today, Pho Hoang!
