good amount of tendon which was one of the meat options included that I selected. the steak meat was raw in a separate bag. I heated it up with the soup in the microwave pretty quickly

Vietnamese coffee tastes good but very sweet and creamy. Not strong like other places
Pho beef broth smelled like a lot of star anise, personally not a fan of that. Broth is still good just very aromatic. Good qualit y ingredients tho.
The chicken eggrolls just ok typical.
