Pho Ga broth is very deep and rich. The heat compresses the noodles into a block. Run the block of noodle through cold water to separate them then heat up the soup and noodles.

The food from this Kevins is not as good as the one in Skyline Plaza. Soup was bland and lukewarm. Soup did not taste like freshly made. Might have been better to eat at that location while hot.
