The 8. Deluxe Steam Rice Roll / Bánh Cuốn Dac Biết was awful. It was oversteamed and mushy. Half of the pork was gamey and the other half lacked flavor. The fried bread was soaked in grease which is a sign of old oil. Can't believe they're selling this classic dish if they can't make it well.
