Absolutely delicious. Incredibly tasty but not overkill of ingredients and flavours. I love how it is not super salty or sweet, making it light and perfect for a quick snack or lunch. Such a refreshing meal and portions are very generous, fantastic service aswell. Probably the best pho I've eaten so far in Syd. Can't recommend enough!
