Imperial Rollswere were crisp and flavorful - I asked for xtra mint and they hooked it up! Nice to be able to add notes:) I normally dine-in for the Pho, however. Note: Young Coconut Juice with Pulp was NOT a young coconut at all! It was a can!!

I ordered the 40 40. Imperial Rolls & Charbroiled Beef Vermicelli. It was the best I have tasted in a while, and I eat out almost everyday. The Imperial Rolls were excellent, not your common fried rolls. Crispy, tasty, not salty, not bland. The charbroiled beef is true charbroiled, yet soft and flavorful, not dry, hard and chewy like some places. They know how to cook here. One improvement they can make is to give more fish sauce for such a large portion of food. Even the lettuce is real butter lettuce, not the watery iceberg lettuce that most other places serve. It was worth the price.

I appreciate that they packaged the food very well and the broth was still hot by the time it got to me. I ordered the 11. Rare Flank Steak Noodle Soup and was surprised by how generous they were with the meat portion. I asked for extra limes on the side and unfortunately they might have missed it. I only received one lime slice but it was a dry one. The broth itself was kinda salty to me and I felt like it was missing something. The Fried Imperial Rolls (6) were not crispy but nothing an airfryer can't fix. The flavor on the rolls were good though.

I love PPQ, but I'm super disappointed in my side of 5 spice chicken. More like a chicken salad I didn't want with barely 3oz of chicken on it. 😭 Everything else was great, but I don't recommend ordering a side of chicken for $13 unless you really want a salad.
