Honestly the 17. Tái / Rare Steak is the best one I've ever had I've ordered from a few other pho places in the San Jose area and had issues like the noodles being undercooked, no condiments, and the broth not being hot enough, this place the noodles were perfect and the broth came piping hot!

spring rolls were delicious, pho tai meat slices were high quality and tender.
however, the pho beef broth tasted like it was made with unfiltered chalky water and broth cubes. had to heavily season the broth to get past the taste. even so, it lingered afterwards.
hopefully this is a fluke, but it's my first time here sooo..
