I am simply obsessed with this place. Their fresh spring rolls with shrimp are insanely delicious and their chicken pho is unmatched. I have ordered this exact meal every Sunday for about a month straight so far and am not tired of it. They always pack it perfectly, so it's easy to eat at home and still tastes super fresh. I am always impressed with their food.

Pho Van is THE place to go for pho and bahm mi. I was feeling super sick so I got the P4 Eye Round Pho and the broth is unmatched- they always give you plenty of meat, noodles, and veggies. Perfect for a cold day or when you are sick. My partner ate the B6 Pork Belly Sandwich and said it was one of the best he had. It's huge and stuffed- well worth the price.

The B6 Pork Belly Sandwich doesn't have much pork belly on it. The A7 Cheese Wonton (6pc) are very small for the price. Overall not the ideal experience

The vegan pho broth and veggies were delicious. the fried tofu was slightly sour and not very good in my opinion. It didn't soak up the flavors of the broth very well, and had no savory flavor of its own. The crispy veggie rolls were also not to my liking, they were filled with an unidentified starchy veggie, and not enough vermicelli noodles.
