Pho broth has great aromatics but lacks the body from actually simmering bones. Banh Mi carrots arent pickled properly (bland). Being of vietnamese heritage, these things are vital when I want a bit of home... Overall very good. Could use more love

The Pho was alright. The broth didn't have much flavor, even after adding basil, lime, chili sauce, and jalapeno
