Beef pho is too salty and lacks herbs even for northern style pho. Didn't come with lemon/lime or veggies on the side.

Very nice pho, but beef is not stir-fried as described.
Mix of rare beef and cooked beef. It used to be stir fried when they first started but these days, most of the beef are rare, so not very special anymore.
