The Khaub Poob was very authentic and amazing. The curry is not spicy, and everything is so fresh. Tasted just like my Laotian inlaws make it.

portions were great. only complaint is Salt & Pepper Shrimp (8) was tempura with heads and shell on. it could be the style of food. the Spring Rolls (2) and Crab Rangoons were some of the best I've had

I had the Mama's ramen with pork belly. OMG!
Go, run. So so good!! Portions are huge! Broth is flavorful, clean and not greasy.
I can't say enough good. Just get some if you want to be happy!!

I love Pho so I was excited to try this while in the area but was concerned since it was delivered. HOWEVER the Pho Coma Combo was packaged very well and was still boiling hot when it arrived. The Sesame Ball was still warm n soft. Overall I give it an 8.5/10. Next time, I'll ask for chili oil, soy sauce, or vinegar. I just like some heat in my food.

The Pork Belly is one of my favorite native dishes. Depending on where I get it from, this comes closest to how juicy, but still fried completely I like it. I've tried others and it was either too crispy and hard or just undercooked. Wished the pepper wasn't very fluid and liquidity that came with it though. The sticky rice on the other hand, didn't really meet my expectations as the texture was a bit soggy.
