Cantonese noodle soup is served in our house special chicken broth and topped with scallions. Noodle choices: egg noodle, rice noodle, vermicelli soup bowls.

Noodles stir-fried with your choice of topping in garlic, vegetables, and your choice of brown sauce or black bean sauce.

Pho is a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup: a savory beef broth unique for its fragrant spices such as star anise, Saigon cinnamon, and ginger are combined with authentic Vietnamese rice noodles and perfected with white onions, cilantro, and scallions. Pho is served with a side of fresh Asian basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño, and lime for creative garnishing.

Bún (rice vermicelli) is made of rice flour which is turned into thin, circular white threads. Create your own favorite bowl by picking any item below to have served over vermicelli noodles, fresh bean sprouts, iceberg lettuce, mint, and crunchy cucumbers with our homemade "Nước mắm" sauce on the side. (Teriyaki sauce served upon request).
