Welcome to Phuket Thai! We serve all boulder locals and colorado visitors with great and authentic Thai food great for quick and easy lunch or a big family feast.
Spendy but delicious. They are a little parsimonious with the spice - hot is a medium in comparison with Folsom Thai. It's pretty "authentic" in that it tastes a lot like the food in Thailand, but it's pretty basic. Folsom Thai has similar for like half the price and they are a little more wild with their specials. I get the hustle but the price / value for this place is a little out of whack. My crispy pork belly and broccoli was about half full, and cost $20. Ingredient quality was top-notch, though. They were totally on top of our one food allergy dish, which is rare. Packaging was also great. I would recommend the 31. Khaw Soy Udon and the 19. Papaya Salad (GF) , and the 43. Crispy Pork Chinese Broccoli was delicious if a little small. I'd skip the fried apps - they would be elevated with a sauce that wasn't just straight sugar syrup but were a little plain as served.

The noodle dishes were good but the 41. Three Taste Chicken was a tiny portion for $17. Smaller than most kids meals. I would stick to the noodle dishes in the future

The Pad Kra Pao had good flavor wise and their Thai Hot was a good heat, but they charged $2 extra for beef and there was barely any beef in the dish.
The Thai Basil Chicken lacked flavor and only had two small pieces of chicken.
The additional bag charge for just the little bag the egg rolls go in should just be built into the cost since you require people to choose that option anyways.

The taste of everything is spot on, but unfortunately the portion size for the 41. Three Taste Chicken was INSANELY small, especially for the price. The appetizers were fairly priced and portioned though.

I was a little disappointed with the flavor in my food. Years ago, I recall enjoying the quality and complexity of the flavors from Phucket Thai. I always start with Mild spice level since it can fluctuate drastically from place to place. There was a lack in the depth of flavor base here. I'm sure a bit of heat would've masked the lack of other flavor I'm used to in these dishes. 27. Pad Woon Sen is my favorite dish, and not common in most Thai restaurants. I was excited to feed a craving I've had for months. The noodles were a bit larger than I'm used to, and the sauce was bland. I appreciate the variety of veggies though! 13. Tomkha soup(Coconut) (GF) had a bit more flavor but the sour notes were more present than anything else. 2. Salad Roll (1) was a nice treat and full of veggies. It did not have noodles inside like more common Spring Rolls, so I appreciated the extra veggies. Can you tell I like veggies?
