Ordered the Trio de Carne and it was tasty but not really filling which, in my case, was kind of what I wanted. I was surprised to see that it came in an unsealed box and inside, the pizza was uncut. A little unusual this day and age but...it was good!

I had high hopes; spent $60+ to try their offerings. I have had some of the best pizza coast to coast--honestly, this isnt even in the ballpark. I understand why they don't cut it, the dough is very glutinous and it's tough to cut. Flavors ok, but not great brick fired pizza, makes a mess of the whole pizza . Theres a lot of burnt toast taste going on. They forgot the sauce for our appetizer. I think this is kind of gimmicky at the expense of Wichitans who may not know better. That said, I won't be coming back.

This was the first restaurant I've used that took ZERO steps to tamper proof the food before handing it over to Door Dash. We ordered two large Trio De Carne pizzas and a Cannoli (1) all three items could have easily had a sticker placed over the opening edges to prevent food tampering. I don't believe our dasher did anything, but it is concerning that a restaurant of this caliber wouldn't take such a small step to make sure the food arrives with a sealed sticker over the edge. I called but felt I wasn't taken very seriously. Even McDonald's takes precautions to tamper proof!
Our food was good. The cannoli is one of my favorites. The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. For those who may be interested in ordering from a hotel and may not have utensils they do not cut their pizza, so you might want to request for it to be cut in advance.
I hope this restaurant takes my suggestion seriously and adds stickers to all of the edges of future orders.

Really high quality with rosemary infused crust.it was pretty tasty but really dry and theres a LOT of crust. Like mostly crust. It was basically like rosemary bread with a few bits tossed on top. Still really good but idid end up throwing out half of it cause it was basically just bread.

Best pizza in town by a long shot. I usually toss the crust with other pizza places, but dipping Piatto's crust in olive oil is amazing.
