Best Fish and Chips place in San Francisco. I have been going to them for years. The fish is always fresh and crunchy. Their Onion Rings and Fried Mushroom are so delicious. This time around, I ordered the 2 piece Fish and Chips with a side of Onion Rings. Oh so good. 😋 😋 😋

I finally tried this place, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The tartar sauce was far too sweet and not enjoyable at all, plus they used the wrong type of pickle, which threw off the whole flavor balance. The fish wasn’t fried to a golden crisp, and the fries were completely unseasoned. The food overall felt lackluster and poorly prepared, almost like a reflection of a business that’s lost its passion. It’s clear the chef isn't putting much effort into the dishes anymore, and it shows in the quality.
