• DoorDash orderMy Loaded Baked Potato came a little plain (missing some of the toppings), however the flavor of the brisket is good if a little dry. Some barbecue sauce would have helped. The mac and Mac & Cheese - Individual is fine...I included a ketchup packet for size reference...it's a tad small for a $5 side item. I would try them again.

• DoorDash orderBest BBQ trailer in the CITY. Food was nice and hot when I got it. Brisket was wet and juicy. But the ribs hands down the best ribs I've had so far in Texas. The mac and cheese was delicious. If your looking for bbq please check them out great service and wonderful people!

• DoorDash orderYall....im a bbq person. First time having Pig Pen. Starting w sauce....its sweet with just a little heat. Not overwhelming, but perfectly balanced. The sausage is amazing...again, really balanced. The piggy tails are fantastic. The brisket is super flavorful, just a tad dry. Ribs were super flavorful as well. I ordered late in the day (5pm) so i can just imagine how great this is earlier in the day. Dont skip the corn and cornbread. Both are perfect. Glad I took a chance on this food truck. Some of the best in the city....and im a bit of a bbq snob.
