Wow, 10/10 pasta! I had the Ravi Mamma Rosaoli and it came served with fresh, perfectly baked bread. Yum!!

Some of the best pizza I've had in Houston. Just really, really good. The $18 Piola's Meatballs were somewhat underwhelming. For $3/meatball they should be bigger than a ping pong ball. They might have been smaller than that. They tasted good. The Pappardelle Bolognese was not anything special-I've had better bolognese in Houston. The Chicken Parmigiana was great-pounded thin breaded perfectly and generously gooey with cheese. I like that you can choose something other than spaghetti because I wanted to try their gnocchi without ordering a whole other dish. Gnocchi was a standout winner-light and silky, not thick and dense like they can often be. In generali found the marinara sauce to be underseasoned for my taste and maybe for many people's taste. Pizza and gnocchis will keep me ordering here often.

Canareggio was delicious. 10/10 The flavors are light and nuanced.
The Ravioli Mamma Rosa was savory and the pasta tasted fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

The pizzas here are great. My piola was a little undercooked. So it was difficult to eat, since the slices are huge and it wasn't crispy. However, the taste was awesome.
Their pastas are good, especially the pesto, but over priced for what you get. I would give 4.5 if I could tbh.

I used to love doordashing Piola pizza especially back in 2022! The Margherita used to be $12 now it's $17. The quality and size of the pizza remained the same so it sucks that the price had to jump that high in less than a two year span! The pizza is still great!! :)
