Fried soft Fried Soft Shell Crab was gross. No flavor! The Chicken Ramen was not that great. Noodles were stuck like a rock, never will I purchase from here. Ive ordered food from other places on door dash and never left a bad review until now.

I traveled to Dallas for work and craved ramen. I ordered a Shoyu Ramen for takeout and didn't have high expectations as we have lot of good ramen options back in California. To my surprise, I really enjoyed this bowl of ramen. The chasu was soft and flavorful, the broth was savory, and the noodles were cooked to a nice texture. I just wish the egg wasn't overcooked and that they included a bit more broth for the takeout portion
