The burger in the pirate meal is like a good ol' fashioned truck stop burger with the lot. There is a reassuring heft as you lift it out of the box and then there is the race to consume it before the bread dissolves.
Unfortunately, chips and other deep fried goodies don't tend to survive the 'dash' but that is true for most places that aren't next door.
