I've only had good experiences with Pirozzi's, but this was sad. Since it's Sunday maybe they had the B team on. I said no cheese; they put cheese on it anyway. The chicken parm was overcooked, tough, and completely inedible. I threw it away. They didn't even bother to cut the sandwich in two. Not like them at all.
