The pork Pork Sandwich was amazing, and the Pig Candy was absolutely perfect. This was my first experience with Pitmaster and I was definitely impressed

ribs were not oversaturated in sauce. meaty. fell off the bone. great cooked temperature. I was going for the 12 in case they were skinny knock offs...I could only do the half
brisket is a lil dry but I can work with it
Mac n cheese is nothing to write home about and the cornbread is a big fat lump of delicious on its own butter and honey only enhance it but you could eat it on it own.
