• DoorDash orderAs much as I enjoy Pizza Hut and have for years, I don't understand why the crust isn't crispy. It used to be, not crazy about the doughy crust. Maybe there is somewhere to ask for it to be cooked more.

• DoorDash orderPickup was 30 minutes past the estimated time. The workers were not helpful. They only had 3 people working on a saturday and two did not know how to work the order screen.
