The staff was very friendly. They were short handed and there was a wait but it's okay it happens. I felt bad for the staff because of other frustrated customers, but the manager kept a smile on her face and tried her best to serve us with the staff she had. Thank you Pizza Hut staff who showed up for the customers. If you're disgruntled about wait time think about the situation before you react.

I always order the 6" personal pizza.
The last two I've ordered have not been cooked thoroughly --- the thickest part of the crust, along the edges, have been very doughy. Almost raw inside. And it was not warmed inside the crust.
They need to slow down and prepare the meal correctly. Disappointed.
