The staff is very friendly. Actually what happened, by mistake I forgot to remove my onion from pizza and I immediately called them for this and they solved my problem and also sent the Veggie Lover's Pizza which they previously made.

I ordered two orders of Breadsticks and for both they gave me less than half the serving of sauce for the bread Basically able to dip just two breadstick per order, less than half of the container.

One star is being nice. I ordered two melts and both were dramatically different sizes and were both burnt. I ordered two additional sauces and didn't receive any. I had a longer wait time but that is to be expected on a Saturday night. It is a shame that I don't have another location to choose from as I really like the new melts.
