I accidentally mark without all toppings since I misunderstood the order process online and the manager was nice enough to fix it for me and pizza was hot and fresh

I paid 22.00 for a personal pan pizza! Had one before and it was good.This time it was disgusting! It was under cooked and soggy and had no flavor! Pizza does not have to be spicy but it should never be bland! What a waste of money!
