l ordered a big box and other items (totaling over $80) and forgot to add pepperoni on the last one. I called back in under 2 minutes and they refused to cancel or help me correct it. Terrible customer service. Not my first bad experience here (in person either.
Pizza was way overcooked as well. Near burnt crust and the cheese was overcooked.

Cheese Sticks were over cooked again and not even cut. Cinnabon® Mini Rolls were tiny. Luckily the stuffed crust 14" Pepperoni Lover's® Pizza was good.

The order arrived exceptionally late, and the food quality was appalling. The pizza and bread was completely burnt yet it arrived cold - the cheesy bites completely devoid of cheese. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I’m beyond disappointed I will never be ordering there again.

The Pizza is great but the order was wrong. We didn't get the correct supreme pizza and the sauces were switched white sauce was on the cheese pizza and the red sauce was on the supreme. However the door dash driver was right on time and very friendly. I hope he delivers for us again!
