The food is hot and great, I'm just disappointed that I didn't get all that I paid for. I had paid for 4 toppings for my personal pan pizza, but only got 3 of the toppings. Not a huge deal because it still tasted good. The 20oz bottle Pepsi® was very warm though.

By far the worst custome service I've ever had in my life. I ordered breadsticks and 1 grilled chicken and pesto pizza. That was all. Breadsticks came fine. But the pizza had literally zero sauce, no marinara (idk how you mess up that bad) and zero pesto sauce. So I basically had to force feed myself a dry sauceless pizza because I was starving. Save yourself the despair and don't ever order from this specific Pizza Hut!

By far one of the worst pizza spots in BG. I usually love Pizza Hut but this location is so forgetful and careless. I got a Dr. Pepper and a Tavern Pesto Margherita Pizza and they forget my Dr. Pepper, didn't give me any tomatoes or pesto on my pizza, and keep in mind I paid $60 for this order. I mean, trust me when I say don't waste your time and money on this place because 9 times out of 10 they forget an essntial item or ingredient and your day is ruined.
