It has been a long while since I have had one of their personal pans. Very disappointing. I forgot how sweet their red sauce is. And there was not even enough cheese on there to cover the top of the crust. Waste of money

Pasta was absolutely terrible, no sauce, dry, and the chicken is extremely gritty and hard to chew, bread sticks were okay, literally if you just lift up the layer of hard cheese that's on top it's just plain dry noodles under....there is no Alfredo sauce at all it's just pasta

I usually call the store after I order because door dash does not give an option for extra wing sauce. I usually speak to a male manager who is always kind to me and doesn't not mind putting a little extra sauce on my wings. Tonight I got a woman who I guess was having a bad night and decided to be rude and acted like I was trying to be entitled or something when I simply asked for a small gesture.. work on customer service..

We ordered the Big New Yorker Cheese Pizza and it was just a large cheese pizza cut normally and barely cooked. We ordered the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt to try and the chicken was full of gristle and tasted watery, which was very strange. We threw that item away. At least we got a ranch dip out of that part of the order. We also ordered Cinnamon Sticks, which were also not fully cooked. They must have felt rushed for some reason. The delivery driver was amazing but the food was not.
