Brooklyn Style, sweet sauce blends great with Pepperoni and Italian Sausage, and the crust is to die for, and I never like crust

Well the pizza we ordered, a large Meat Lovers , w black olive and onion. Pizza Hut has always been our favorite, however the pizza we received was nothing like we remembered it to be. The toppings are different, lower quality ingredients being used, and way less being put in to the pizza. Overall taste/flavor was very bland compared to one of the best pizzas ever. They also charge extra for pan crust, what's that about? Pizza arrived actually cold, with the cheese having a texture that the pie was not cooked ling enuf, we cooked it an additional 18min.
I spent 30.00 for the pizza, 7.50 driver tip, to get a cold uncooked pizza, and additional 4.00 for pan crust.
Our advice, if you have loved Pizza Hut, don't order from this one. 👎👎

Personal Pan Pizza® & Side looks and tastes like it's been sitting there all day. Wings weren't fresh either.

I've ALWAYS been a Hut fan, until today with the worst pizza I've EVER had. Cold, dry, with hardly any taste to it, was like eating big bubbles of nothingness. I realize you can build your own, with added $$, of course, but a regular pie has always been adequate for my taste. Either the Hut has become greedy, or they just don't care.
Whatever the reason, it'll be a looong time before I reorder. But in all fairness, the Personal Pan Pizza is what I prefer, it just wasn't available today.

the boneless wings seemed fine but the melts came burned and overly seasoned
