I normally don't have any issues with this location. Pizza usually arrives pipping hot. Tonight, we received a pizza that was lukewarm in the middle and cold on the edges. It wasnt travel time because we live less than a mile away with direct dash. It clearly sat awhile. Also arrived 30 minutes after the estimated time.
Found toppings we didn't order scattered on our pizza too. Good thing it wasn't anything my family was allergic to.
