• DoorDash orderI ordered extra cheese and no shortage of it. I actually got the right amount of xtra cheese and ordered the pizza 3/4 baked and it was perfectly 3/4 baked. I highly recommend getting your pizza if any kind 3/4 baked the crust is not to soft but not to hard so give it a go you will always choose the 3/4 baked from now on it makes a HUGE difference. Also, order the 3/4 baked breadsticks because they are not hard and crunchy they are like they used to be. So just try them also. Both items are soooo much better. The difference is really unbelievable... one more secret is that I have extra dill butter brushed on my breadsticks and amazingly no extra charge...

• DoorDash orderFirst of all Pizza King has TWO kindsof choc of chocolate chip cookies. One is cheery which a lot of people prefer but as for me 5 stars on the crisp ones that are called BUFFALO CHIP. A LOT of restaurants sell cookies but they are all pretty much similar but if you are looking fora cookie that is crunchy and delicious like no other restaurant offers I HIGHLY recommend the BUFFALO CHIP chocolate chip cookies from Pizza King. Now I do want other people to let Pizza King know that the crusts at least I know on the 8" pizzas is way way way to HARD. It hurts my gums to eat it. I believe the pizzas or at least the 8" ones are overcooked yup left in the oven the oven to long. I would think that everyone would know that and 8" pizza would not be cooked as long as a say a 16"pizza but I believe that is what is going on. All you need to do is to put the smaller pizza intro the oven further so it does not cook as long. Either that or recommend to people who order small personal pizzas that they might prefer a 3/4 baked pizza which after tonight I will always order 3/4 baked just as order the breadsticks 3/4 so they are soft like they were in the past instead of brown and to crunchy. I have also noticed a lot of times they are HALF the length they were in the past yet and still very pricy. The employees there are a pretty amazing bunch these days...

• DoorDash orderThe pizza was greasier than normal and the order of breadsticks only had 4 in it? I remember when an order of breadsticks came with 6. They were so skinny it was laughable. Not worth paying nearly $7 for them.

• DoorDash orderFirst of all the Doordash guy is totally amazing if all delivery drivers were like him or Lisa I would probably order every day from DoorDash. Now to the 2 identical 8" pizzas that I ordered. One had the extra cheese that I paid for on about 3/4 of the pizza I can deal with that BUT the other one was pathetic with NO EXTRA CHEESE and the cheese was only on about half of the pizza if even that. This has happened probably the last 3 times I have ordered and now I am so annoyed that I might never order from them again. Does whomever makes your pizzas take no pride in what they are sending out to people? If I quit ordering I order enough that if I do stop it will be noticed on the bottom line. Either get somebody that understands what extra cheese and that it is not free we pay extra for it and that it goes on the whole pizza and how to have a little pride in what they are sending out to people or after all these years and most weeks multiple times a weekI will be ordering somewhere else. This is the 2nd time that I had a friend over for pizza that had never had a Pizza King pizza and I wanted them to try it. It is also the SECOND TIME that I have been so embarrassed after telling them how amazing Pizza King is and you sending these pathetic stingy pizzas. I actually switched with her and gave her mine because it actually had cheese on it. By the way you might tell the person who is making the pizzas that the visual appearance of food is very important and every single pizza I have ever ordered if there is a bubble on them and I understand that happens I owned a restaurant a good cook pops the HUGE bubbles because most cooks do take some pride in what the serve to people. I am hoping that the manager reads this and takes care of the problem or fire the person that is ruining the reputation that Pizza King in Greenfield has. Don't let one cook who takes no pride in their work ruin your entire reputation. Oh and please show them how much cheese goes in EACH pizza when someone pays for EXTRA CHEESE especially on cheese pizzas. I hardly ever leave a review but this usthe 3rd time this has happened. One more time and I am done paying for extra cheese and not getting it because I do not like to get furious mad or embarrassed and paying over $30.00 plus a tip for two 8" extra cheese pizzas and 2 cookies it makes me not even want to eat. Feel free to remove this review if you can fix the problem. Pizza King pays more than any other pizza restaurant that I know of I am sure that someone else would be grateful to know that and replace whomever is sending out pizzas that look like these...

• DoorDash reviewI ordered for years then the puzza crust and breadsticks all of a sudden started being hard so I did not order for a long time because both the pizza crust and the breadsticks were hard to eat. Then I found out they had gotten a new oven and it was hotter than the old one. So I ordered 3/4 baked on both the breadsticks and the pizza WOW what a difference. I am now ordering again but ALWAYS I put in the special instruction box online or on the phone if I call it in THREE QUARTER BAKED. The breadsticks are now back to the soft AMAZING breadsticks that I had been getting for all those years. And I can now eat the edge of the pizza crust. Just try ordering this way one time you will not believe the difference that it makes. I also ask for extra dill butter brushed on my breadsticks (free) so now they are absolutely back to the absolute BEST breadsticks in town.
