Gravey used to be thick and have chicken in it what i got was watered down garbage. Very disappointed thats why I ordered from there

All would have been perfect - Biscuits are burnt (again) last time couldn't eat them - try again but this time we picked at them. I am wondering if this is a new recipe or is the timer not set on oven.
