At Pizzeria Delfina, Annie and Craig Stoll serve up farm-to-table pies inspired by traditional Neapolitan pizza.
Baked in piping-hot 650-degree ovens, the pizzas are made by pizzaiolos who use specia…
I absolutely LOVE Hen of the Woods funghi, so when I saw that Delfina's Funghi pizza was entirely Hen of the woods, I jumped on it. It was magnificent, although I prefer the crust to be charred. You know, as if it was baked in a wood-fire brick oven. Still, I'll probably get it again. The Margherita was likewise delizioso, the tomato sauce was fragrant and not too sweet, the mozzarella was perfectly melty, but why skimp on the basil? I even ordered EXTRA basil, but still seems very . . . SHORT. More basil, PLEASE.

Everyone at the restaurant was very nice! Maybe we came on a bad night, but the dough in both of our pizzas was somehow undercooked and burnt at the same time. I had heard good things but ~$60 for two well below average pizzas was a waste of money.

The Delfina's Spaghetti Pomodoro is TERRIBLE. Really bland and flavorless. I can't believe they are charging this much for such an average, small dish.

The food was good, but $28 for a small portion of pasta pomadoro with no side salad and bread was a shock. It was a very small serving of pasta; even $20 would be asking a lot for that portion

Do not order the winter chicories salad to go. There's probably a quarter of an edd in it, and nothing else of note. Can't understand how it costs so much
