At Pizzeria Delfina, Annie and Craig Stoll serve up farm-to-table pies inspired by traditional Neapolitan pizza.
Baked in piping-hot 650-degree ovens, the pizzas are made by pizzaiolos who use specia…
As usual, Delfina knocked it out of the park. We love the Salsiccia, Neopolitan Meatballs in Sugo, Insalata Tricolore, Spaghetti Pomodoro.
One comment on price. $28 for the Spaghetti Pomodoro is ridiculous given how much cheaper it used to be. Hopefully this is just a post-COVID thing we need to see that price go back down.
The Side of Tomato Sauce was delicious, but the portion was so small. I would hope/expect 50% more than we received.

This is delicious, probably the best tagliatelle al ragù I've ever had. That said, be ware that it's an extremely small portion and I don't think it's worth $30. For this price, it should be twice the size.

I've been a long time fan of Delfina Pizza but this pizza had two tiny leaves of basil for Margherita pizza

I cannot believe we paid $34 for the Paccheri all'Amalfitana. It was like canned Chef Boyardee. There were just a few crumbs of fish in it and no herbs like the photo. The only thing it had going for it was that the noodles were actually al dente. I love Delfina but this dish was a joke.

Their food is fantastic. But I just can't justify why a small, single serving of pasta Spaghetti Pomodoro costs over $28. They appear to have actually reduced their portion sizes in recent months. Not worth it. At least not if you're doing takeout.
