Real Beignet Bites . Acadiana tends to just fry donut or biscuit dough and call them beignets. The pillowy goodness from PJs is authentic! I'm docking a few stars because the flavored drinks tend to be way too sweet. Almost undrinkable at times. I wish there was an option for light syrup.

My go-to cold drink is the Vienna Cold Creme . The biggest problem is that when it is done right it is amazing. However it is extremely inconsistent. Today I decided to order half and half instead of milk, and the drink had so much added that it was beige and you could barely taste the coffee. The best way to order this is completely plain and add your own add-ins.
