The Café Latte didn't even need seasoning it was so good and so smooth. The beginet have been my favorite pastry since moving to Louisiana. They are fresh, puffy and lots of powdered sugar.

Mocha Granita was amazingly good as well as the Beignets. The Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuits however were lacking very much flavor and meat. Wouldn't order those again.
