Everything was so good. Chicago Gyro Meat was crispy. Loved the different dips. Spanakopites was flaky and warm. Dolmadakia were savory.

I am a fan of Plaka Grill in Vienna. However this time the Dolmadakia were very salty, the sauce was very liquidy and oily with no flavor. Next time, will order lemon wedge for the Dolmadakia and hope to receive complimentary pita, napkins and utensils. While the Dolmadakia and Medium Olives & Feta can be eaten out of hand, the Rizogalo needs a spoon or forkula!

One of our favorite restaurants! We order from Plaka about once a week and they consistently deliver great food. Gyros are amazing (and I'm Greek so I have a high standard), but honestly everything is delicious!

Chicken Souvlaki Dinner is marked as gluten free on the Plaka grill menu. I've been eating this item for years (avoiding the pita which is wrapped separately). But the last 2 times I've gotten this item, I have gotten sick. clearly something has changed and the Chicken Souvlaki Dinner is no longer safe for people who need to avoid gluten for medical reasons. too bad because Plaka has been one of my favorite Vienna restaurants for years.
