The staff was really nice. Open late on a monday night which is great. Ribs are perfect, big. They gave me tons of fries, packed condiments and cutlery, nice sides! Thank you!

Baby Back Ribs were average with a tasteless BBQ sauce, no zing zang, spicy, or sweet flavor. Nothing unique. Classic Burger was very bland and lacked any seasoning on the patty.

I don't want to be unkind, but this was some of the worst Angus Beef Briskets I've ever had and it's not even like I'm from Texas or anything. It was dry, and so flavorless it needed the BBQ sauce, which if you know anything about brisket, it should be neither. The garlic fries weren't great. The plastic container they came in steamed up on their way to me and they arrived limp. The broccoli was a little undercooked, not badly but a little too crunchy. I'm sharing this in hopes that Plank gets it together and fixes these things. Maybe by the time you order they will have, but just in case, I'd pick something else on the menu.
