I put my order in with DoorDash at my lunch. I only had 30 minutes to eat and DoorDash said it was going to take 25 minutes, I was just like, "Well, I'll just grab it, and eat it later.", because I really wanted my Electric Mermaid Pitaya Bowl. I drove across the street and just decided to hang out until it was done. I showed up, and I wasn't sure where to pick up DoorDash orders so I approached the cashier and asked where do I go to pick up my order when it's completed. She asked me my name, I told her, and she said, "Oh! It's all ready to go!" The drive from my job to Playa is literally less than 8 minutes. They are so speedy and friendly. And they were SLAMMED when I got there because of course it was lunch time. Totally impressed and I was able to eat my lunch in time!! Thank you Playa Bowl. I am a forever customer.

When I ordered these bowls, I specifically asked to have the granola removed from the recipe because I have issues with granola due to my gastric surgery...BUT the granola was still added to my Dragonberry Pitaya Bowl AND my Tropical Acai Bowl....plus, none of the additional fruits,that I PAID EXTRA FOR, were added, and none of the substitutions were made (Coconut Flakes were NOT removed)! I am truly disgusted with the service!!! If you order something with ANY changes, make sure the order is correct before you leave!!!
