yes, and I do not get too often but when you want a Nutella bowl they barely put Nutella on even if you pay for extra, has happened quite a few times.

There were only 2 figs and barely any walnuts or I hate cinnamon. This company had the option to create your own bowl. This was the worst oatmeal experience EVER.

The photo shows the bowl with Nutella drizzled across the top, but the delivery didn't have it. Since it's a nutella açaí bowl, this is unacceptable.
