• DoorDash orderThe food wasn't bad but they made a mistake with my order and they had me waiting an additional 20 minutes after my order was expected to be ready for pickup, which is inexplicable given I only ordered a salad.
For anyone who doesn't know, this is a ghost kitchen and the kitchen's priority is the restaurant, Aleppo's Kitchen. I'm disappointed and was looking forward to this order at the end of a long day. I had ordered it with the estimated pick up time to be 15 minutes later. I got there at the pickup time only to be told it would be "10 more minutes" and it ended up being a total 20 minutes late. Not only that, but I had ordered roasted brusells sprouts on the side, which costs $5.00 instead of adding it to my bowl which would have costed $2.00. I ended up getting the version added to my bowl where there were very few sprouts, so I felt gipped there. The food wasn't bad overall though, but more expensive than it was worth the time to pick up.
While I wish I could have had a better experience like everyone else did, I'm hoping this was just a one-off.
