Penny's has been my favorite since I moved to Chicago 20 years ago. I can never find Thai food like it---and believe me, I've tried! The Japanese Gyoza and Chicken Pad Thai are my go-to meal.

Best crab Rangoon of my life. Shrimp Lad nar was fishy smelling. Wouldn't order that again. Pad Thai was fabulous though

The Gyoza was good but the ramen was pretty bland. Not much flavor even with adding chicken. Somewhat disappointed, but I'd try it again and order a different dish.
