Taste is good, but wow the portion size shrank a LOT. Kimchi & Pork Fried Rice used to be in a halfsize to-go box, now it's in a box the size of a hot dog.

Ordered a bowl of pho and the steak is already cooked!?! All other pho restaurants to-go orders NEVER cook their steak. Never ordering from this place again. There's another Pho Hoa right down the street that doesn't ruin the pho like this location.
